I just made this spreadsheet. I'm going to use this to:

1) enter the most relevant details (exercise, points, weight)to be able to track the patterns--and figure out the reason for plateaus

2) Also, to use as an incentive to raise the ante daily, e.g., to increase exercise numbers, or stay within points etc.

3) If I zigzag points, I'll be able to track those better as well.

4)ok, so I have the system--now to procure the data! :)

That's a great idea and I'm sure you'll find that it WILL work! I do something similar in a spreadsheet and record my daily points, activity points, calories and the following mornings weight. I've found it definitely helps me stick to plan and if I go over on points or eat too few under, I can then see where I need to make up. Doing this has enabled me to overcome any possible damage -- so keep analysing, as it's definitely worth it!! ;o)

Very good idea! I've admired Moonlite's success with her spreadsheet data so I am sure you will find it a valuable addition to your arsenal of healthy tools. I'll be eagerly awaiting the report on your findings :)
