I'm not really surprised I'm up a little. My mom just left after being in town all week and I really enjoyed eating all my favorite Haitian foods while she was here. I cook Haitian foods on the weekends but I don't add all the fat and I cook mainly fish. My mom made griot, which is deep fried pork shoulder with a spicy sauce on top. There was also rice, beans and plantains nearly every night. I thought I would have gained more actually. Back on track today.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
