Wheat is the Key
Down 3 lbs since last Sunday, 2 more since last Saturday's "blow-up". Wheat really was the key, and low carb recipes with wheat germ are now on my banned list.
I've been experimenting with different grain mixes and almond flour, and the recipes are yummy and since almond flour is low-carb, guess who had chicken and dumplings for dinner last night? Yup, me!! :)
