So, I fell off the wagon big time and have been struggling to get back on a couple a months now.

Managed to start Insanity last summer, but got discouraged 2 weeks from the finish line because of a few injuries I got.

As a result, I'm making this new commitment of eating right and consistently working out.

I'll try not to binge as clearly eating may often become a compulsion more than a mere sweet tooth for me.

I'll make an effort to squeeze massive cardio and muscle work in.

I know that when I get back in shape I'll feel more confident and things will feel better in general.

Fresh start: accepting the fall, learning from the mistakes, getting back up.
