Out to dinner: good dessert choice, but ate 140 carbs by choosing a pasta meal and indulging in a slice of cheesey bread - not on the program. Was within calorie expenditure, but blood sugar sky high for 6 hours afterwards. Out for birthday brunch this AM. Will stick to the plan! Can't afford to damage my body more.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
