I weighed in this morning at 204 lbs. I really expected a gain after what I have eaten for dinner the last couple of nights. However, I am still not going to beat myself up over it. I am going to keep on going and do better today. Also, I have decided not to record the 204 lbs as a weigh in. I am going to do my next weigh in on Wednesday. :)
200.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
