Gewicht bij Aftaab thuis met kleren aan, na: hele grote pizza, 2 blikjes cola (regular) en thee met veel suiker.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
