I've lost 7 lbs in only 3 days. I haven't even gotten rid of ALL the carbs in my diet. I've just kept it to a bare minimum with no refined sugar whatsoever and increased my protein intake to 120 grams per day. The excessive carbs and sugars were definitely slowing my progress. 7 lbs in 3 days! Come on! Thats insane! This is the jump start my metabolism needed. I haven't lost weight this drastically since the first weeks after my gastric bypass surgery. I can do this. The sugar cravings are gone. It really is an addiction. Only 3 days cold turkey, pun intended, and I'm fine. I'm no longer chocolates little bitch. I've got 99 problems but a cookie aint one.
