Off medications for heart & blood pressure! 2" more lost off waist & hips so I've dropped another size down! Knew if I could take the weight off everything would start falling in line. :)
200.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
