Can't mix the vitamins and CoQ10 in my shake - it tastes gross! Just take em and get it over with.

Shake is only 1/4 cup soy protein, 1 cup unsweetened soy milk, clear and natural 1 full tsp. vanilla and cinnamon to taste.

I gardened for about 2 hours, messed with my horse and cleaning her pen for about an hour.

Wt today was 166 - so at least it's starting to take steady drops - just slower that I like. I feel much better with no whey protein and more veg, little less fiber and food in general.
