Fresh Start!!

I stumbled upon this website and am looking for it to keep me motivated. I am at my heaviest weight ever and am not happy with my self! I have been to Weight Watchers and would loose alittle bit here and there but never stick to it.

Today is a new day! I have decided to follow WeightWatchers without going to the meetings. I am hoping that this site will help me stay on track!!

I have nothing to loose except WEIGHT!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I am doing Weight Watchers the same way on my own. Some weeks are hard but if you stick to it. It works. When you fall just get right back up and start again. Don't Give Up. I came by this website the same way you did. I'm hoping to keep motivated too.
