Wooo Hooo! down a pound! I'm sooooo happy. and I'm under the hundred mark. 96 lbs to go. I know I'm just starting & going to for sure have ups & downs but I feel really good about this plan & the people I'm talking to. I mean after doing WW's & some other programs I'm very happy with this one!
