Last evening was a little rough That is when I do my eating and snacking. To day I will allow for a snack work on rearranging my eating cycle.

I struggle on weekends when I have less structure in my day. It helps me at night to "close the kitchen" after dinner has been cleaned up. Then, I brush my teeth & settle in for the night with a good book -- I love to read! Take it one day or night at a time, & be kind to yourself as you work to change your old habits. Good luck!
