I'm trying to get out of my funk and regain control over my life. As silly as it is, I got a new water bottle in the mail on Thursday - and it just seems like the time to start drinking enough water again, eating better, and recording food. I know that I've eaten worse generally when I haven't been recording food. I believe not drinking enough water also affects my food intake - and my skin is noticeably more dry.
I'm so glad that February will be over soon! Such a depressing month. Now if I can make myself go through all the mail that's been piling up for way too long - and finish the bits of painting in my kitchen that keeps it from being completely finished!
I've missed y'all, even though I haven't kept in touch.

151.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some times it only takes a little reminder - so if the water bottle gives you that push the just go with it. Good luck getting all your projects done.

Lack of water also affects me too. When i drink the rewuired daily amount of water i feel so much better. Have a good day xx
