Really that's all I'm getting is .4 a day weight loss?
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get let it get you down. 2-3 lbs a week is healthy just stick with it and keep your head up. good luck to you

That's a great weight loss. Many people only lose half a pound per week. It's important to keep weight loss expectations realistic. A pound or two a week is normal. The less you have to lose, the slower it may come off. It depends on many factors. Your doing great!
