I'm BACK!!!!! I've gained and I feel like S@#t. I'm going to mainly follow Atkins but with a twist. If the twist doesn't fit in, then it will be STRICKLY Atkins again. I believe I failed because I so missed my fruits and a lot of BAD carbs, but I know I can live without the BAD carbs (white bread, white potatoe, white rice and such stuff. I just need and miss my fruits. I'm going to try 2,(MY DAYS) a week with 5 days of Strict Atkins and see how that goes. If it doesn't work then Atkins all the way. Hopefully I will continue to get support from my buddies here. I sure have missed you all and I've missed feeling good.

2nd entry: Went a bit over my 20. Hope tomorrow will be better. It's going to take me a couple of days to get back into the swing of things.:)

Thanks soooooo much Bren. I sure have miss the heck out of all you folks too. I left thinking I could do it without any guidelines, but didn't happen. SO here I am once again.

Google "carb cycling"! It's having higher and lower carb days and many people lose fine doing it. Of course, you should focus on good carbs like fruits and veggies.

Hi there Laurie! Missed you! Depending on the fruits you're going to have, you might really still be doing full Atkins....just on a higher rung of the Carb Ladder in OWL...which could be perfect for where you are and how far you've already come. However you set it up, I wish you much, MUCH success!!!!!!

Welcome back. Perhaps you should look at Primal as a choice if this doesn't work for you. Steph does it. They are quite low carb but do allow fruits. Marks Daily Apple is a great website for info about primal. Goo to see you back here. I have been back-sliding, all the 'regulars' are in trouble - sigh - so you are in good company! Good luck and again its great to have you back 'home'.
