Awesome! I had really expected it to take at least two if not three weeks to lose the weight I gained while down in Atlanta. It is great to know I lost it all plus some.
I guess I was right about the majority of it being water weight. My calorie counts were a bit lower than usual but only because I wasn't very hungry some days. They certainly were not low enough to account for over 8 lbs.
Goes to show that you can't get discouraged with a 0-lb loss or even a weight gain. In the past I would have thought, "If in one trip I can undo 3-4 weeks of trying to lose weight what's the point?"
With today's weigh-in, I have lost exactly 41 lbs. That puts me at 323 pounds. And that means I am now under the lowest weight I have ever been while living in this house (just a couple months shy of eight years.)
So, as of today, I am at my lowest weight I've been for at least a decade. It is very likely my lowest weight since before I was 30.
