So, decided not to go alone anymore. A friend of mine at church has been looking very slim so asked her what she has been doing and she told me about Slimming world.

Now my biggest issue about diets and why I decided to form mine is that every diet seem to have so many dos and donts. I dont like having to exclude any food from what I eat, I want to have a healthy eating habit that will last me for the rest of my life! this is the first time i have been over weight which means to me that I have just picked up a bad habit somewhere and only need to rebalance.

My friend said she still ate everything but through slimming world she is learning to eat again in a balanced way. I could see the result.

So last week decided to go for my first weigh in and try it out. I weighed in at 13st 10.5lbs.

Here we go...!
189.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
