Ok fresh starts are good sometimes. Just be accountable and honest with yourself and you will get there. If you need motivation or a pep talk just let us know or if you need someone set you straight you will find that here just know you can do it and you will! If I can lose 80 pounds in the situation I am in right now you can do it! Just believe in yourself! Hell you can do anything! You changed an electrical socket, this is nothing compared tho that!

Welcome back from just a short little break. We all need those times to reflect, rebel, whatever it is to gain proper perspective. Today I made a poster and this is what it reads: The more you do, the more you will learn and understand. You'll discover tactics that work best for you and which ones don't. It's like weeding out the garden - Not the most enjoyable job in the world, but when it is done, all is well. Keep sticking with it and soon it will be all beautiful flowers for you! TOWANDA!! P.S. Have fun with the process of learning how to do what is required to feel good about yourself:)

Thank you for the support. I'm not sure what snaps in my head sometimes and I decide that it's okay to go through the Sonic drive-thru everyday. I know it's not good for me. But I do it anyway. So, of course, I gain weight. I'm obviously eating far more calories than my body needs. But, I did go to a bar last night to play trivia. I was there for close to 4 hours and drank lots of water and ate the nutrition bar I brought in my purse. Nothing else. I avoided the beer and the chili-cheese fries being passed around me. So Yay me! Even though my team didn't win last night, I see it as a victory for me!

it's because sonic is delicious and the devil but yeah itsnot good for ya. But we all slip up sometimes. Least you got back on track and did the right thing at the bar. great job! Sorry that you lost at trivia though that sucks :( but yes that was a great victory for you!

Sonic is oh so good!! but it doesn't have to be the devil!! lol!! They are very good with "customizing" your order. Get a wheat roll instead of a regular roll, ask for honey mustard or spicy mustard instead of mayo. and just make sure to budget an extra 220 caloriesfor the tots!! a trip to Sonic is no good without the tots!!!?
