I seem to be hopeless. Even keeping my calories constant and exercising I keep going up.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you need to cut calories. It says you are eating over 4000 a day. Even if you eat health foods, that may just be too much food. Try 3000 a day and see what happens. You have to play around with them till you find what helps you lose.
