have gone up to 132.5 in the last three weeks so feels good to be back below 130. hopefully can keep it going down this time. got to the gym 4 times last week and three this week. 11 miles total this week. probably 13 last week.
129.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
