My future mother-in-law is coming up to visit. I'm glad she is visiting and I'm happy to see her, but I'm worried I might wake her up with my workouts... I warned her that I work out early in the morning and she said she can sleep through anything, so I guess we'll see!
102.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I'll stick to lifting weights, it makes a lot less noise than me jumping around performing cardio. :D
