While following the Paleo diet, I am happy with the results and am feeling not as bloated. We've had the monster snow storm hit so Ive been stuck inside for 2 days and needless to say Ive been very sedentary. Recooping from a sick babe any getting over a cold has made me somewhat lazy these past 2 days. I am still continuing to keep low rdi's considering I haven't been very active. I also don't get hunger pangs often and have to remind myself to eat which is rare for me! I'm hoping this is normal and after this weather clears I can get out and exercise. I weigh in on Monday so I'm anxious to see my total weight loss for the first week. Wish me luck!!

Sounds like you are doing great! I stuck to Paleo the last few days and am also feeling lighter and less bloated :) My pants are fitting looser :D Best of luck dear!

Hi Natalie! I agree, I feel less bloated following this program. I had a splurge meal last night, and totally regretted it afterwards and had that Thanksgiving day full feeling. What state do you live in? I love in Kansas and we had a big storm on Thurday and another snow sotrm coming in Monday. Just when my daffodils were coming up!
