Learning to eat all different kinds of veggies that are low carb. Had mashed celry root last night and ate left over this morning with a fried egg so good don't think I'll ever miss potatoes again.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
