Switched diet to lean meats,eggs, fruits, vegetables, almonds. No grain, soy, dairy, sugar, corn, wheat of any kind
102.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.5 lb a week
