The other scale shows a 2-3 lb drop to 131. Large bm this AM. Body is getting "hotter" - moving up the metab. good sign.
Did walking last night 1.7 miles in 35 mins.

135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
