I finally got myself back on to working out on a regular basis. I eat well as it is, but there are days I eat very little because I am so busy. I want to focus on being very aware of eating and working out everyday. I love working out and before I had children I had time to go to the gym everyday for hours. Now that I have children, my husband and I have turned our basement into a workout area. Unfortunately, I rarely made it to the basement to work. Finally I said, to myself, enough is enough, I want to make time for me. Today makes two weeks of working out and I have lost 2.5 lbs. I feel great and cannot wait for the final results!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
