Dang it. Retirement and other celebrations at work put me in front of way too many home-brew cookies. Dang it. Not the cookie's fault, I know. Dang it.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
