I'm confused. I'm reading about so many different eating plans that I don't know which way to go. I'm going to stcik mainly with Atkins/Somersizing, but I want to go dairy-free.

I'm starting daily exercise, so maybe that'll help. I'm very discouraged with my lake of willpower. Don't know what else to say.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So you need to find your motivation. Get some fitness magazines and read them. Take a new exercise class. Make an "inspiration board" from cork board and put on it your favorite recipes, quotes, pictures, etc. Write down all the reasons you want to lose weight and post it where you can read it daily. Put the scale in the kitchen to remind you not to eat mindlessly. Find a way to get yourself excited about losing. Take it one day at a time and reward yourself for each 5 pounds you lose (not with food). Good luck!
