Popped up 1.2 lbs over night, don't think I drank enough water yesterday. That's fine, been doing very well and happy where I am plus giving Angie a chance as we're neck in neck in this race.

It happens.....sometimes if my sodium is higher or like you said when I know I have not had enough water. You are doing great!
