2/21 Did not work out today. Was craving meat so I had a yummy burger with fries today for lunch.

check your pie chart on your nutrition. You're doing fine with your workouts, however you're sabotaging yourself at lunch and dinner. How about taking a week and doing a protein shake in the morning and lunch, then having a clean meal for dinner. Reserve 2 meals for that week and eat what you like.
