3 more lbs gone this week....ran 1 mile nonstop on the treadmill today...I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere!

Thanks blue box! That's what I was thinking. I get so stressed about the numbers on the scale....I figured if I focus on fitness like having a running goal the weight will follow.
