Still working on no white, no processed, and no sweet. It is helping me curb my calorie count. Hopefully I will be able to keep it up and drop the extra pound I put on in the past few months.
204.9 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
