What happened to yesterday I ask myself, NO journal entry? What's up with that, I know I thought about it, but just got busy...I guess you know how that story goes.

Not sure what to say today, not happy with my scale, not sure what to think either...it just seems to keep going up & up & up. Sure it has "nothing" to do with what I ate last night, (committed the cardinal sin of creating the recipe AFTER I make it...Wowzer, yet still Another lesson in low carb does NOT equal low cal, (will I ever learn?)...not talking about the salt either...really, just don't want to hear it, as I can feel it.

How high will the scale go before I get out of the denial la-la-land I am in & get back to the business of maintaining. I am happiest right around 145, not that I ever made that mark, close @ 147 & the WEEEEEE, up I go.

Just not very happy with me today, sorry for the woe is me pity-party. Just trying to create some enthusiasm/hope aka I can do it...I want to do it, I will do it PMA (positive mental attitude). It being "maintaining" a healthy weight range. I am thinking a 10 pound pendulum swing is too much, but how would I know what "normal" is anyway?

GG, you're certainly not the only one fighting this fight. I made some adjustments in my meal plan yesterday without getting it all logged in first, too, and - Wow! - the calories popped right up into the 1700's like it was nothing! I just keep TRYING to tell myself this is a LEARNING experience, not an exercise in perfection right now. Hang in there....we'll get this all figured out one way or the other....and then we can make a ton of money on our discoveries!!! Our motto: 140's or bust!!!!!

Hey fly by girl...I can relate on the busy days...I'm not going to tell you what you already know..about fluid...(wink)..I have only recently start a new way of eating..and its about time don't you think..I tried alot of stuff and non really works accept the WW..cause I can eat anything I just have to count the points..not easy some times..but we all have to do what is good for us..personally I think your doing great...So hang in there my friend..:O)

Yes I want to feel good for Spring! I want to feel good today too & tomorrow...don't want to wait till spring, what I am trying to say, is I am tired of setting myself up for feeling bad about my choices.
