Weird......): It has been difficult to find the right mix of carbs/protein/fat to keep losing weight and no affect the running.
Still it was a great week of running, got over 42 miles done, and very good workouts. Just have to be patient with the weight and try to keep leaning towards fat/protein on the diet.
