I have a dilemma. So, I had a couple Cuties (clementines) at work, and a yogurt. Which satisfied me til about 9-ish. But that's really all I had time for. I work weird hours and I rarely take breaks so I don't have time to eat a real meal (which sucks). Then by the time I get off work and get home, it's super late--too late to eat a full meal and then go to bed... Now it's 11:36 and I'm starving. Gah, what to do!

You plan! Plan! Plan! Get a 6 pack cooler with an ice pack. You don't need big meals. Plan for small snacks every couple of hours. It keeps your metabolism burning and keeps you satiated. You can pack things that can be eaten quickly (boiled eggs, cut up fruit in a container, protein bars -think thin bars are awesome with low sugar-small greek yogurt cups, they have little packets of veggies and dip, etc.) We can all make a few minutes to eat. If you want something bad enough, you will find a way. Otherwise, you will find an excuse. You can do this!
