My fitbit snycs with the sparkpeople website so I have been trying it out. Double keying my food into fatsecret and sparkpeople. I decided I liked fatsecret better. Since I am trying to increase the amount of fiber I eat, I didn't like on sparkpeople that it didn't show the fiber content on a food by food basis, just a total for the day. A little thing, I know. Visually, I like the look of fatsecret better. Other than that, there is a lot of valuable information on sparkpeople and more great people trying to lose a little weight!
