breakfast-
8-oatmeal 1/2c with 1 scoop PW with 6 oz almond milk
11-advocare snack bar- 2g fat,18g carbs,10g protein- 140 c
13-arnolds flat bun with chicken 20g and 1 tbsp mayo -little celery
med size apple
17- bowl of chicken noodle soup, ramen noodle,carrots,celery,chicken broth, and boneless chicken breasts added and shredded

20- PS with 1 scoop PWand 8 oz unsweetened almond milk and bowl of honey nuts cheerios
day2
8-oatmeal 1/2c with 1 scoop PW with 6 oz almond milk
10- 2 peanutbutter oatmeal no bake cookies
13- spinach,mushrooms, 4 strawberries, and 6 almond salad with balsamic dressing and shredded chicken breast with barbq sauce, 10 dark cho raspberries
