I started Atkins last year ( 2012 ) and lost 18lbs. After the initial Induction week, some things happened and I went off my diet. Now, I will start all over and see what happens!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
