Looking back over the past 3 years of logging my food/weight, I've been stuck in a rut. I've gone as high as 170lbs and as low as 154lbs. My fluctuations have been due to different stressors over the past few years. From moving across the country a few times to starting new jobs, going through training and spending time with relatives during the holidays and not working out or eating right due to the temperature outside, I have been up and down multiple times. However, I am glad that when I reach that 165-170lb mark, I am aware it is time to do something and get back to recording my diet and hitting the gym. This time, I don't want to stop at 154 lbs, but want to get back to a 14, 13, or even a 12 in front of my weight!

Being in the latter half of my 20's, I guess this is the point in my life where I'm single, carefree and ready to focus on myself. I'm no longer in that college mentality of pleasing others or trying to fit in. Instead, I'm trying to figure out what makes me happy and going back to those things that I may have lost track of these past 7 or 8 years. I want to be more active, spontaneous and carefree.

My goal over the next few months will be to continue on my journey of self-discovery and learning about myself. I will continue to record my food/workout journal as well as post more journal entries to keep myself accountable.
