Hang in there girl! I've been doing a Bob Harper workout, he said its suppose to break plateaus. 30 lunges, 20 mountain climbers, 10 planks, 30 squats, go through the set and repeat until you've been going for 7 min.
Whatever you do, keep at it! We need you!

Not sure what planks are. I googled the rest and think I can definitely give 7 minutes worth of it daily maybe before my evening exercises.

Here is the actual bob harper video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...
Planks are where you get in a push-up position and then take one hand off the ground and reach toward the ceiling. It take some balance.
Yeah, I've been doing it in the morning after I run, its not too bad. I was pretty sore today and didn't make it as far, its a good one and will get your legs sore.

That's weird, the whole link didn't go... just go to youtube and search "BobHarper.com - Team Bob: AMRAP" That is what the video is called. The video itself isn't 7 min, because of the warm-up and cool down, but after you have it down its easy to just time yourself, and get it done in 7 min.

Don't over train Becky! Sometimes your body needs to rest to catch up too!

Sometimes I am so confused. My usual workout routine was about 3 times a week (30 minutes each) doing the C25K (in week 6 now) but it really wasn't pushing me too much, in other words it felt too easy. Other than that I had been walking with a little running on the treadmill and trying out zumba and boxing (Christmas gifts). So now I am looking at spending an hour a night, 5 nights a week, 30 minutes on TM and 30 on cycling, with the cycling being a challenge I joined recently. The 30 minutes on the TM will alternate each night between C25K workouts and preprogrammed workouts. The confusion comes in because I don't know if I am doing enough or too much. I know my workout schedule looks crazy for the next 4 weeks until the 5K March 16. The 5K run will be the finalle for the C25K I've been working on so after that, my workout schedule will lighten up and I can just do the bike and fast challenges. But hoping to keep SOME TM in my schedule using the preprogrammed workouts as I do enjoy it. Then a friend at work wanted me to join her in an online weight loss class, which I declined because I already spend enough time on the computer with FS and FB. Sigh..... overkill????

Found out it takes coordination to do zumba although it was fun with the granddaughters I haven't kept it up and as far as the boxing, I tried out the DVD once. However, I bought a snagmob 30 day unlimited boxing at 9Round that I can start AFTER the 5K next month....

You are really training for the 5K! Don't over do it! I agree, maybe your body just needs to catch up.

Hope that's it. I am not doing anything on the weekend. Saturday and Sunday are going to be rest days, completely! Hoping the cycling just makes my legs stronger. When I start going to 9Round I will be working on upper body stuff. I am going to take a little break in between TM and cycling each night even if it's only 30 minutes or so. Just finished TM and really felt more challenged this time.... :)
