I discovered a great "gourmet" Paleo trick.
When making meatballs, meatloaf, etc- anything with ground beef-
use flaxseed meal instead of bread crumbs (which are a total no-no)!
Flaxseed meal has the same binding ability as eggs, and it fluffs it up like the bread crumbs. But it's full of that healthy omega oil that we need, and it doesn't hurt like bread crumbs!

Oh man, wish I knew that yesterday. I made a meatloaf. I will remember that thanks. So how's your workout going? I still hate mine, but manage to do it. Usually cussing somewhere in the process. lol
