I really want to lose wieght. I want to push myself to lose 30 pounds this year. I need to do it for my health. I want to reach a healthy BMI. I need to remind myslef of my heath goals. I do not want to get diabetes.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
