What a crazy day yesterday. TWo cardio workouts and I woke up this ,morning and could hardly walk. I figured I would weigh more because it felt like that muscle soreness / water retention thing I get occasionally. Instead I am down another 2 pounds and I may just take today off. 5 weeks left in Biggest Loser.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
