Feeling OK today. I lost weight (whoo-hoo) and it's not that hard for me to exercise. I know I just need to stay in the wagon, since I know how easy I can go back to stupid overeating and lazy ass-sitting. Tonight, challenge: RPG game, a friend is coming to play with us and I just know he will bring wine... I just hope I will be able to resist...
Next difficult moments: sat. night -a friends birthday which means massive booze intake, and I know that I just won't be able to refrain myself - and of course beggining of next week, D. family coming which means drining and eating too much for 2 days.
I need to stay strong and keep my exercise as high as possible.
I allow myself not to exercise on Sunday (hangover + 3 hours drive ...) but if I do, it's better; on Tuesday, we'll see if I can get some time in the house alone, I won't be able to exercise with people around the house.
I need to stay focused, motivated, able to enjoy things in moderation.
