Todays Workout:

Treadmill: 20 mins
5 minutes walking to warm up
Minutes 5-20, alternating 2 minute run at 4.5 mph & 1 minute walk at 3.0 mph

5 rounds of:
15 squats
15 Hand release push ups
1 run the length of my house

Kicked my butt!! I am way out of shape!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
