Inconsistent!!! Need to get my act together! Gained 5 lbs over the weekend because of my carelessness. :( (Worked out yesterday, in the morning. Did Jillian Michaels' Shred it With Weights, using just the 10lb kettlebell. Didn't log in here though.)
