1835 kcal Fat: 97.46g | Prot: 79.20g | Carb: 178.68g.   Breakfast: Smart Creations Slow Roasted Turkey Breast. Lunch: butter, apple, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), bun, hellmann's mayonnaise. Dinner: tombstone pizza cheese, bell pepper, onion, Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles. Snacks/Other: lemon, iced tea, unsweetened, dark chocolate bar, cacao chips, cake mix, sugar free cake mix, butter, half and half, yellow watermelon, mixed nuts. more...
