1835 kcal Fat: 97.46g | Prot: 79.20g | Carb: 178.68g.   Breakfast: Smart Creations Slow Roasted Turkey Breast. Lunch: butter, apple, bun, hellmann's mayonnaise, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner: bell pepper, onion, tombstone pizza cheese, Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles. Snacks/Other: lemon, sugar free cake mix, mixed nuts, cake mix, butter, half and half, iced tea, unsweetened, cacao chips, dark chocolate bar, yellow watermelon. more...
