Back from my conference. The first two days I ate pretty well (except for alcohol) but by Sunday I tried a tiny slice of red velvet cake and Monday about 1/4 of a chocolate muffin. My stomach pretty much hates me today.
Tomorrow I was going to start a fat fast but I do Wednesday breakfast with a friend and I'm guessing it will be hard to get 90% fat even in a diner. The omelet I often get is 70% fat. So I don't know if I should wait a day (which I don't really want to because that will put me still fasting on the weekend) or just have bacon or something and accept that my protein will be high.
I dread weighing in the morning, but I want a real starting point before the fast. *sigh* I'm sure I gained a bit this weekend, though I can't begin to log my food since I just grazed rather than having set, rememberable meals. So probably too much cheese, definitely too much champagne. Oh well. I had a BLAST! And tomorrow is another day.
