I've gotten lazy about recording my food and weight is starting to creep up. Jumped on the scales this morning and it wasn't good. I will sometime miss a day or so of recording and then try to remember what I ate and I'm sure I'm missing stuff.

Time to get back to accurate, consistent records...without that I seems to drift back to overeating.

It hasn't helped that I haven't been walking the past week at all, still worried about Whitey's knees even though he isn't showing any signs of pain. Today I'm going for a short walk and let Baby Girl run around the back field. Whitey will have to stay on leash and it will drive him crazy but she needs her exercise.

Glad to read Whiteys better. Yep - I hope someday to not need to record everything but for now it feels necessary for me too.

So glad your furbaby is better...Its hard to keep track some times with all the food we may eat and not put it down..I didn't write any down for a long time..have started back and realized..no wonder I was not losing..but at least I stayed in the same 3 pound range..up and down...Have a great Wed...:O)

Morning FOL- Hope Whitey is doing ok- I find that I need the accountability of logging my food to keep me on the right track, and I haven't been doing that well these days, and have the gains to prove it. Looking forward to better days. Hope the weather is getting better in your world and you can see signs of spring.
